We have an immediate opening for a Network Operations Support Technician. The person in this position will perform a broad scope of computer and network related tasks supporting our multi-location distributed network. As a member of our Network Operations staff, you will support our computer operations throughout our network from our corporate location in Glendale.
This entry level position involves regular Network Operations duties as well as providing assistance to our corporate and distributed users. You will be troubleshooting servers, solving network issues, assisting users, running PBX applications as well as normal everyday backups and maintenance activities.
Some of the detailed activities associated with this position are as follows:
• System backups Operations
• Help desk & support and staff training (as needed)
• Network and domain Security Administration
• User Accounts (adding, changing, deleting, passwords etc.)
• Email Administration (MS Exchange and sendmail)
• Anti-virus maintenance
• Preventative Maintenance
• Physical computer inventory tracking (Able to lift 50 Lbs)
• Build and repair computers
• PBX configuration and maintenance
• Troubleshooting and maintaining computers
(Linux Servers, Windows Servers and workstations)
Technical or industry certification or degree is a plus, but not required. No experience is required. Pay range starts at $15 an hour.

Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday 3:00 PM to 10 PM (flexible)
Sunday 5 Hours between 7 AM to 9 PM (flexible)
